SPENCER NOREN
Founder & CEO
Ventura Forward is led by Spencer, a long-time community leader in Ventura. His experience includes serving as Parks and Recreation Commissioner for the City of Ventura, including as Chairman from 2019 to 2021, and as a Community Ambassador for the Rancho Ventura Conservation Trust, supporting both public spaces and conservation efforts.
Serving Youth
Spencer has remained actively involved in Ventura’s schools and youth programs, serving as PTO President at Cabrillo Middle School, coaching the school’s basketball team, and contributing to Foothill Little League in leadership and volunteer roles.
Community Service
Service is a core value at Ventura Forward. Spencer is an active member of the Downtown Ventura Lions Club, where he also served as Youth Program International Coordinator, and has volunteered with local school and parent organizations.
